Pretty fun speakeasy entrance. I will let you figure it out. It's super spacious instead. Large booths and tables. They have live music going on weekends. Drinks are okay. Nothing interesting, but it's a nice spot to relax.

You no longer enter through the phone booth. I'm not 100% you ever did. Gowever, this place is amazing. We loved every cocktail and the music was at the perfect volume so we could talk. At some point we got live music, which was amazing too, but not too loud either. This is one of my top 10 speakeasies ever.

Came for the jazz exchange, stayed for the bar! This is an El Paso gem! I've found places like this in Kansas City (green lady lounge!), i wish we had something like this in Seattle. Then again, the sad truth is you couldn't enjoy a place like this in Seattle - it would be packed out. Stick with it 1922! (Ricardo makes Great paper plane btw)

Someone put me on to this and I decided to come here on a Friday night. Had no expectations but I walked in and instantly fell in love. What an amazing place! The ambiance is off the wall. Chill, dark, cozy, inviting. All of it. Luckily I came in when Abby was performing. What an amazing voice. This is without a doubt my new favorite place in El Paso. I will definitely be back. (Full priced drinks, sparse food menu, and when it got full the service was pretty suspect. Drinks took a while and finding a server was a bit of a challenge, but the magical experience with Abby singing blocked out any negativity I might have experienced. She says she’s here every Friday.)

The vibe inside the restaurant was so warm and welcoming. We reserved a spot in the back which was perfect for me since it was a special night. I was able to talk and drink from the punch bowl while still hearing the nice jazz. Beautiful place and amazing experience. The appetizers were ok

We came in here because the reviews said it was a great experience. They weren’t wrong! It was very quiet when we arrived (but it was also 9:00 pm on a Tuesday!), but our bartender was fantastic! The drinks were great! Mine had edible glitter in it! But for the light in the telephone booth outside, they didn’t seem open, but go ahead and open the door and it brought me back to a few of the entertaining bars in London. Loved it!

I tried cocktails at a few of the upscale hotel restaurants in downtown El Paso, and I was disappointed by all of them. I had almost lost hope of finding quality drinks when I found 1922. In true speakeasy style, there is a secret way to enter. Once you get in, the space is beautiful and the music is a good fit. There is a menu of cocktails, but if you are lucky enough to be there when Rob is working, you don’t need the menu. You tell him what you normally like, and he makes suggestions. All of his suggestions for me were spot on and the drinks were great. This was the best experience I had during my stay in El Paso.

Second time at 1922 and definitely will keep coming back! The bartenders are amazing, attentive, and always make the experience fun. The drinks are honestly some of the best in El Paso. Great atmosphere and great service every time I’ve been there.

Super cute vibes and the live music is awesome. Drinks are about $15, but all tasty. We didn't have reservations, but got lucky there was no wait at the bar.

Amazing cocktails and hidden entrance. Use the phone booth and wait for someone to open the door. Super cool interior, comfortable seating. Great hang out
